NBSC is a non-profit, 100% volunteer ran organization. We are a member of the Milwaukee Kickers Soccer Club which has over 8,000 players and 650 teams, ranging in ages 5 – 21, throughout Southeast Wisconsin. NBSC has 839 players and 75 teams. Given our size, experience and alliances, we can provide a great soccer experience, for a beginning player or a Select High School Student. (See Fun Club Stats on About Us PDF Below.)
There are many advantages to being a member of the Milwaukee Kickers organization. MK is a unifying and innovative force in the community. They are respected leaders in the development of people of all ages, striving to instill a lifelong passion for the game of soccer. Our main GOAL is soccer – not other rec or select sports – just soccer!
Milwaukee Kickers and NBSC are Proud to Offer:
Player Development:
- Recreational teams for all ages (boys, girls, or coed teams)
- Professional Staffing for each Rec/Youth Age - Gender at the REC LEVEL!
- mk Alliance - Select teams for boys and girls, ages U11 through U18 (www.mkalliance.org)
- Player ability to stay on same team, if chosen, from year to year; this allows team development, the formation of lifelong friendships, and coaching development as well.
- High Quality Score Soccer Uniform, which includes numbered jersey, shorts, and soccer socks – which are yours to keep.
- Paid referees at all ages, include AR refs for U11 and U12 games
- No fundraisers required; NBSC families are required to work in our annual Fall Classic Tournament, which is in September, for one weekend, for one assigned task only. There is no other fundraising to do or additional fees to pay.

- Continuing Education Clinics for Coaching Staff
- Required Background checks on Coaching and Manager Staff
- Coaching Development Team as led by Mark Dombrowski, Select Director of Coaching & Player Development.
For a registration / full year with NBSC or mk Alliance, you are signing up for two seasons - Fall and Spring. These two seasons offer 20 games (8 in fall, 8 in Spring, 3 Fall Classic Tournament Games, and 1 indoor game at USP.) Also included are 40 practices, assuming two per week. For an average recreational player, we offer 60 soccer events at the cost of only $2.58 per soccer event.
