Be sure to put your team's important events in your team calendar. Parents can subscribe to the feed, to download these events to their outlook calendars, PDA's and Blackberries.
In an effort to save on web space, please don't insert documents and items that can already be found on the website. Instead of creating a document, create a LINK to the page where those documents can be found. This simply eliminates duplicated items, documents, and forms on the website, which take up unecessary space.
Application Error
In the club's experience with the website and team page creation, Internet Explorer often causes Application Errors when cookies / memory / cache gets filled up.
In addition, we've found that Mozilla Firefox is a better internet application to use when developing / working on team pages.
