Procedures for Rescheduling a Home Game

For those of you who have rain outs, please use the following guidelines when rescheduling your games.

FIRST - contact the away team and come up with a couple different dates and a couple time blocks if possible.

SECOND - email our Fields Coordinator (or "FC" - see email under contacts) to find out when the field is available during your options - decide on final day and time with FC. Call the away team and confirm this time with them. FC will NOW forward your changes onto Jeff our referee assignor!

THIRD - Contact both the other coach and all of your players to inform them of the game changes.

A few reminders as well...

IF THE RESCHEDULE IS NOT A RAIN CLOSURE, but instead a last minute reschedule (or closure) that you are rescheduling on your own,  YOU MUST EMAIL Jeff Burant before that original game to cancel your scheduled refs. If you do not your team will be held responsible for lost referee fees.

IF FIELDS ARE CLOSED - the club contacts the refs, and they check the website just like us. AS THE HOME TEAM THOUGH you MUST MUST call the away team to let them know your field is closed.

Any questions feel free to contact FC at fields@newberlinsoccerclub.org.  FC and Jeff Burant's contact information is also listed under the Contacts page.
