Volunteer Sign Up
We are ready for you! Please know that we are now ready for you to sign up for your volunteer duty for the upcoming New Berlin Fall Classic Tournament. While schedules are not available at this minute, they will be announced within the next day.
If you chose to wait for schedules to be announced, that is fine. If you’d like to pick and choose your volunteer duty and time – by all means, sign up NOW.
REMINDERS:
· All players’ families are required to sign up for a volunteer slot; one slot per child enrolled in the club / program.
· From each team – the Coach and Team Manager are exempt.
· From each team – any Board or Tournament Committee members are exempt.
· If you paid for the Tournament Buy Out fee – you will simply not enroll in a volunteer duty.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Enter your First and Last Name / Phone / Cell / and Email (be sure to include a mobile number)
Unclick or keep the check for an email reminder
JOBS:
Click on a job that you prefer / and location and chose ADD so that appears in the Jobs that Interest Me Box. You can choose multiple jobs / locations.
DATE / TIME:
Chose the date / time from the calendar and clink on the link. This will add the request for that time slot.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
You must note your team age / name here. (For Example: NB U10 Diamonds).
Click on SUBMIT to process your request.
WHEN YOU ARE DONE:
Once your volunteer request has been processed, you will receive an email from “NBSC Fall Classic” within 24 hours. Be sure to check spam or clear the email address - email will come from tournament@clients.volunteerschedulerpro.com. This email will include your contact information and a summary of what you signed up for, along with a link to go back and check your calendar / schedule and your username and password.
SCHEDULE CONFIRMATION: After you have completed your scheduling please email your team manager with the following information: Duty / Day / Time Slot / Location

ALL teams should register online. Go direct to REGISTER and complete the registration to apply and pay for your team fee. Please be sure to select YES to the internal NBSC or MKA team question to obtain your team discount.
