PROCEEDURES FOR RESCHEDULING A HOME GAME Minimize

How to Reschedule a NB HOME Game....
For those of you who had a rain out yesterday April 28th or earlier in April, please use the following guidelines when rescheduling your games.

FIRST - contact the away team and come up with a couple different dates and a couple time blocks if possible.

SECOND - email Craig Plazak - our field scheuduler (see email at left)- to find out when the field is available during your options - decide on final day and time with Craig. Call the away team and confirm this time with them. Craig will NOW forward your changes onto Mike our referee assignors!

THIRD - Contact both the other coach and all of your players of the game changes. br />
A few reminders as well...

IF THE RESCHEDULE IS NOT A RAIN CLOSURE, but instead one that you and the other team are rescheduling... YOU MUST EMAIL MIKE Crichlow before that original game to cancel your scheduled refs. If you do not your team will be held responsible for lost referee fees.

IF FIELDS ARE CLOSED - the club contacts the refs, and they check the website just like us. AS THE HOME TEAM THOUGH you MUST MUST call the away team to let them know your field is closed.

Any questions feel free to contact me - bekles@aol.com Craig and Mike's emails are listed below and to the left under Club Contacts.
